    1+ year exp. in IT company as Recruitment executive required. Exp. in IT Recruitment is preferred.

Our requirement

    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter in IT Filed
    • Experience in hiring for Voice process & lateral hiring
    • Good Communication & interpersonal skills
    • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
    • Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit
    • Using Online Database (Job Portals) & Offline Database to find out technically fit resources
    • Formulation and Implementation of Recruitment/Sourcing strategies
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
