1+ year exp. in IT company as Recruitment executive required. Exp. in IT Recruitment is preferred.

- Proven work experience as a Recruiter in IT Filed
- Experience in hiring for Voice process & lateral hiring
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit
- Using Online Database (Job Portals) & Offline Database to find out technically fit resources
- Formulation and Implementation of Recruitment/Sourcing strategies
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
