For our client in the Water Treatment Solutions, we developed a high-end customer support portal to help them manage their customers, their data, etc. in a more organized and improved way.

The client wanted to create a user-friendly dashboard which helps them navigate through their account and manage different activities smoothly.
A separate profile page was required for each user. Their profile page would include fields like name, contact details, job titles, the profile picture, etc.
This functionality was required to alert their users at regular intervals about required plant maintenance, motor replacements, etc. through notifications.
The client wanted to add a separate section “Help & Support” to showcase helpful videos & other resources for their customers that would include documentation about different aspects like new components, O&M media, maintenance schedules, etc.
This feature was required to provide real-time recordings of plants with detailed information including speed, frequency, usage of temperature, charts & widgets, etc.
We developed a dashboard with multiple dashlets and options using the latest technology, CakePHP. In the dashboard, we added two sections “Dashboard” and “My Plants”.
