With a focus on exceptional customer service, we developed their e-commerce website integrated with a smart ordering system that keeps customers in the loop all times during their kitchen assembly and setup process.

We are a kitchen retailer and we sell to both trade and retail customers, we do this we have been using an industry specific software for around 8 years and had come to the realisation that to take control of the business processes we had to look into a more up to date software package. After choosing an Open Source ERP package that we could customise to suit our unique processes we then had to find a suitable and reliable software company to make it all happen. This took some time as we started the search in the UK but we were soon delayed due to slow response times and unrealistic pricing structures. This all changed when we found Biztech! From the initial contact, the professionalism from the Biztech team has been incredible and after they completed some small projects for us, we were confident that they could help us move our business to the next phase. Our new cloud based ERP system is now up and running with the support from the Biztech team. 18 months on we are having further modules created and we are still receiving daily updates with direct communication with the lead developers when needed. In short, we now have total control of our business, have fast response times from the Biztech support team and are confident that our future software requirements can be met and supported. With over 2,000,000 unit configurations we developed a Smart Ordering System that configures chosen kitchens and only displays the kitchen units and accessories which are relevant to you.

Smart Checklist

Once the customer choose their kitchen and adds units to the basket, smart checklist works out the quantities of the Worktops, Handles, Trims, etc for the customer.

Smart Filter

We developed smart filter feature for improved user experience which saves customers’ time and efforts to search the desired products without unnecessarily navigating through multiple pages.

Secure Payment Method Integration

We integrated a secured payment gateway with easy payment, all required features and functionalities was equally a challenge to us.

Smart Progress

Our smart solution provide customers the live progress of their 'made to order' kitchen. They can even track that who is currently managing the customer’s order.

Excellent User Experience

Working with an objective to develop a highly attractive and interactive website by customizing theme, page layouts, snippets, features aligning with the overall functionalities of the website.

Report Template Design

Qweb Pdf report template was created. So the customer can get all the order related information easily.

Secure Payment Gateway

A robust and highly secure payment gateway was integrated with Better Kitchens for the global consumers to ensure transactions under a highly secure and safe environment.

Reward Customization

We created different types of reward systems (Social, Advertise, Recommend Friend) that rewards customers when they take an appropriate referral action.
